SCIENTIFIC HIGHLIGHTS :
Collaboration with national and International Scientific Societies: The scientific Programme of ISVIR 2008 is a result of a close collaboration with the Vsacular Society of India (VSI) and the Chinese Society for Interventional Radiology (CSIR)
Scientific Highlights and Session Types: -

Plenary sessions:
A constitution of sessions designed and structured around a range of specific themes addressing the educational needs of the attendes.

Keynote Lectures: These will be presided by some of today's leading national and International Experts in Interventional Radiology

Morbidity and Mortality Sessions: The session will focus on reasons for failures and guide the attendees to avoid pitfalls to glide through an intervention successfully.

Workshops: The Interventional Workshops will focus on step-by-step approach to hot topics and will be highly innovative and interactive. These will include Oncologic interventions and musculoskeletal interventions.

ISVIR meets CSIR: This session will provide interesting insights into the practice of Interventional Radiology in China.

Postgraduate Quiz: This is an exceptional 'forum for expression' for the Residents in Radiology
