Registration: The Registration categories and fees are mentioned in the Registration Form. The duly completed form with the payment should reach the Conference Secretariat before 1st Octoberr 2008. Delegates are requested to give complete details on the Registration Form as this information is useful to send future communications regarding the Conference.

Mode of Payment: You can make your payments only through “Demand Draft” for the appropriate amount in favour of “ISVIR 2008” payable at Mumbai.

Letter of Invitation: If you require an official letter of invitation in order to attend the conference, please write to the Secretariat or your request through e-mail to vamahospitality@hotmail.com.

The letter of invitation will be sent in the same form in which the request has been received. This letter is essential to assist delegates who need to obtain Government or Department permission to attend the conference or to obtain VISA from Indian-Mission abroad. A letter of invitation does not entitle registrant from exemption in fees.

Certificate of Attendance: A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates who attend the conference.

Delegate Badges: All delegates will be issued a delegate badge. You are requested to wear the badge during the time you are within the Conference Venue. Only registered conference and trade delegates will be allowed inside the conference hall.

Insurance: The participants and accompanying persons should take personal insurance to cover any eventuality that might happen during the conference. The organizers will not be responsible for any personal loss, accidents nor damages to person or belongings of delegates or the accompanying persons.

Language of the Conference: The Official language of the conference will be English.

Disclosure: The ISVIR 2008 is supported by the Indian Society of Vascular & Interventional Radiology and partially funded through educational grants from commercial supporters. It would be the policy of the ISVIR 2008 to ensure balance, independence, objectivity and scientific rigor in all its Sessions.

Commercial support from Industry will not influence the educational content, faculty selection and faculty presentations and thus will not compromise the scientific integrity of this educational activity of the 11th Annual Conference of the Indian Society of Vascular & Interventional Radiology. Faculty invited to participate in ISVIR 2008 are required to disclose to the audience any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of their Presentations. Faculty not complying with this policy are not permitted to participate in this activity of ISVIR 2008.

The organizers also reserve the right to cancel the conference or postpone the same and the Organizers cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disturbance or disruption of the Conference proceedings arising from political, social or economic events or any unforeseen incidents beyond their control. The organizers shall not be held liable for any damages for the same. Registration of a Delegate entails acceptance of this condition.
